Job Description

We’re a dynamic marketing agency serving both B2C and B2B clients, and we’re looking for a content-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead content strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, landing pages, and ads. This is a hands-on, content-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, experimentation, and data-backed decision-making.

What You Will Do

Strategize and Lead Content Creation

Develop and own content strategies across social media, paid ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Coordinate with designers, editors, and video teams to bring content to life.

Multi-Format Content Development

Craft and guide content in various formats: written, video, image, short-form, long-form.

Conceptualize and produce engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and email.

Content Performance Tracking

Monitor key metrics such as engagement rate, CPL, and ROAS.

Analyze content performance to optimize future strategies and creative direction.

Video Creation & Experimentation

Be comfortable producing videos and not afraid to experiment with formats and platforms.

Collaborate with editors or even create rough edits if needed (experience with Premiere Pro is a bonus).

Content Scheduling & Campaign Management

Own the content calendar across platforms.

Manage end-to-end content rollouts aligned with campaign goals.

What You’ll Need

2–5 years of experience in digital content strategy or content creation.

Strong understanding of audience psychology and storytelling.

Passion for content that performs – grounded in insights and analytics.

Ability to take ownership of the content lifecycle from strategy to delivery.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple client needs.

Preferred (but Not Must Have)

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
