Job Description

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with a deep understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of WordPress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of domain-related issues such as DNS, SSL, caching, and web hosting. Your core responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality of our hosting product for our users, backed by your expertise in WordPress development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proper functioning of a production environment for shared, dedicated, and virtualized web hosting servers
  • Excellent skills in installing and configuring hosting in Cloud native computing principles and being able to troubleshoot and solve their common problems.
  • WordPress Mastery : Handle all aspects of WordPress, including setting up, designing, and troubleshooting.
  • Content Creation : Draft FAQs, help articles, and blog posts related to our hosting product and general WordPress guidance.
  • Backend Management : Oversee website back-end operations, including database and server integrations.
  • Theme Plugin Integration : Implement and manage WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Performance Optimization : Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and address bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
  • Security: Stay abreast with the latest security standards and best practices to ensure our WordPress CMS remains secure.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other team members, employing Git for source code management.

Qualifications:

  • 4 – 8 years of professional WordPress development experience.
  • Expertise in PHP and MySQL . Experience in handling high traffic applications with a vast data volume is a plus.
  • Proficient in handling databases like MySQL and familiar with web servers, especially Nginx.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and manage various technical issues.
  • Strong commitment to continuous professional growth
  • Coordinate feedback from clients on product development suggestions and improvements back to RD
